This week we have been celebrating the Christmas season with cookies and gingerbread!

We made molasses crinkles (because they are Ms Burnham's favorite) and sugar cookies.

Students also made gingerbread houses.





 I think they like sugar...

This week students really wanted to make breakfast- so we had 3 days of breakfast!

We made omelets, french toast, crepes, frittata muffins, and banana pancakes.

This was a busy week for Culinary- we made rolls for the RSB meeting next week and rolled cakes for the Community Strategic Planning meeting.
