   Trinity is getting pretty good at flowers!

                  

                

In preparation for Valentine's Day students practiced their frosting skills!

We watched several instructional videos on how to make different types of flowers and designs and student practiced on cups.  Next week we will make a frost cupcakes!

                       



                      




                        

 
                        

                         

Monday and Tuesday we continued with our Chinese New Year Theme and made a style of 'dim sum'- or steamed dumplings with meat.  We didn't have the pork to do a traditional Chinese style pork, so we used sausage.
