Monday and Tuesday we used up some old apples and made apple muffins, bread, and apple-oat walnut cookies.

It was a slow week in culinary- no school Monday and half the class gone for basketball, but we still had fun!
Tuesday we planted cucumber seeds with Bonnie. This spring we will use them to make pickles.
Later in the week we made chocolate chip cupcakes and worked on frosting techniques.

This week students continued baking by making dinner rolls using white-whole wheat flour!

Finals Week! Student made cinnamon rolls for Wednesday morning to start off their finals and made wheat flat bread pizzas on Thursday.
